This seminar explores the intersections of embodiment, relationships, and memory through sociocultural and historical narratives of care in Ukraine. Bringing together scholars in social anthropology, the event creates a space for discussing how care is understood, practiced, and theorized in different contexts.
The program includes keynote lectures by invited speakers, followed by a discussion session focused on theoretical and methodological approaches within care studies. In the second half of the day, participants will present and discuss their ongoing research projects, engaging in collective reflection and feedback. The seminar will conclude with a final discussion on future directions and potential collaborations.
