The event brought together scholars, researchers, and students from higher education institutions and scientific organizations in Georgia and Ukraine to discuss the socio-economic impact of contemporary budgetary policy across the European Union, the United States, and Ukraine.

During the round table, participants examined urgent issues related to the formation and implementation of fiscal policy amid global challenges. Discussions focused on the effects of budget strategies on national socio-economic development, public debt growth, the effectiveness of fiscal stimuli, and the role of the state budget in ensuring economic resilience.

Particular attention was given to the comparative analysis of budgetary approaches in the EU, the USA, and Ukraine, as well as to identifying opportunities for improving fiscal policy in the context of martial law and post-war recovery.

The proceedings include scientific contributions from professors, associate professors, lecturers, postgraduate students, and researchers who shared their insights and findings during the event.
