This one-day workshop brought together scholars, policy experts, and civil society representatives to explore the social dimensions of resilience and recovery in Ukraine amidst the ongoing war. Hosted at Freie Universität Berlin, the event featured four thematic panels addressing wartime resilience, digital and societal adaptation, civic activism, and long-term recovery challenges, including housing, healthcare, and migration. With contributions from Ukrainian and international researchers, the discussions emphasized the importance of community cohesion, inclusive governance, and data-driven policymaking in Ukraine’s path to rebuilding.
